Brief

Jacksons Law is a firm with offices based in Stockton and Newcastle, providing legal advice to businesses and private clients across the North East. We worked with them to recruit a Head of Finance who could grow within their role and develop as the business expanded.

One of the challenges we faced in this instance is that the company policy is to not feature the role’s salary on their advertisements. This can pose difficulty in terms of capturing the interest of high quality candidates. To ensure we were still successful, we worked with professional copywriters and used branded creatives to attract the right attention and generate interest, even without the salary.

Result

After selecting multiple applicants who were suitable for this role, Jacksons Law found themselves with two exceptional appointable candidates. The Head of Finance that they appointed has now progressed to become a Partner within the firm. We are thrilled to have been a part of their incredible journey!
