Supporting senior operational leaders across a complex, multi-site region, you’ll turn trading data into practical action uncovering revenue opportunities, challenging unnecessary costs and helping leaders understand what needs to change.
This isn’t a first step into business partnering. You’ll already have operated as a genuine Finance Business Partner, building relationships with non-finance leaders, challenging decisions and using insight to improve commercial performance.

What will you bring?
You’ll be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA-qualified accountant with:

Proven Finance Business Partnering experience

Strong commercial analysis, budgeting and forecasting skills
-
Experience influencing and constructively challenging senior stakeholders
-
The ability to explain finance clearly to non-finance teams
-
Strong Excel skills and, ideally, some Power BI experience
Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment would be particularly valuable.
