(6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Were recruiting a Finance Business Partner for an initial six-month fixed-term contract.
Working closely with operational and commercial teams, youll act as their key finance contactproviding meaningful analysis, challenging performance and delivering the insight needed to support commercial decision-making.
Key responsibilities will include:

Owning the month-end process and producing management accounts

Providing variance analysis and presenting clear insights to senior leaders

Preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts

Supporting new commercial opportunities, investments and projects

Producing balance-sheet reconciliations

Identifying and delivering process improvements

Supporting internal controls, year-end audit activity and ad hoc projects
Were looking for a qualified, part-qualified or qualified-by-experience accountant with strong management-accounting experience. Youll be commercially minded, naturally analytical and confident building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong Excel skills are essential, alongside the ability to interpret financial and non-financial data and communicate your findings clearly.
The role is based in Middlesbrough, with four days per week in the office.
