What you'll be doing
- Managing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process
- Raising customer invoices and ensuring timely billing
- Managing cash collections and resolving customer queries
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
- Producing month-end reconciliations and aged debt reporting
- Supporting audits and identifying process improvements
What we're looking for
- Previous Accounts Receivable, Sales Ledger or Credit Control experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy
- Good Excel and finance systems experience
- A proactive approach and a desire to continuously improve processes
