Brief
Pacifica Group is a successful organisation based in Houghton le Spring. Following private-equity investment, they were looking to appoint their first Chief Financial Officer who had specific experience of working with PE investors and delivering significant growth.
During this recruitment process, we were in competition with a national executive head-hunter. The main challenge for us was to prove that our extensive knowledge of the finance sector, along with our detailed search and selection process, would provide a stronger result than our competitor.
