Andrea Conway

Managing Consultant

Part-qualified and support level accountancy and finance appointments

Andrea has a passion for working with people and a strong work ethic, always working part-time during her studies, leading on to her first role in banking.

Andrea still has the newspaper cutting for her first job in recruitment from 2000 for a national agency. Then moving to work alongside the Managing Director of a local recruitment firm for 16 years, achieving promotion to Operations Manager.

Our “Super Mum” of the office, Andrea is all-action, balancing a busy household of four children with the support of her husband, attending daily exercise classes and mucking out her horse five mornings a week, all before the sun shines.

Andrea loves home-cooking and baking and regularly brings her specialities of scotch eggs and scones in for the team to enjoy!

Q. What do you love most about working for Paul Card Recruitment?

The team and the flexibility and trust that is given to all members of the team.

Q. What job did you want to have when you were a child? 

I wanted to be a teacher.

Q. If you were to try out any other job for a day, what would it be?

I would like to be a midwife for the day.
